US Visa Emergency Appointment Request Details

On Dec 9 I received a mail saying my original appointment scheduled on Dec 16 was postponed to March 20. On Dec 10 I raised an emergency request stating my company won’t allow me to work from India for more than 30 days. On Dec 11 I completed my biometrics and after 1 hour my emergency request was approved. And December 12 at 6 am I saw emergency slot at Hyd consulate and I booked a slot for Dec 15. During interview, they asked basic questions and gave me 221g slip to track my case and the status was changed to approved after 1 hour and on Dec 16 status was changed to issued and today I received mail saying that my passport is ready for pickup.
